**🔹What you will do:**

**- **Prospect for new partners — webmasters, advertisers, networks, app developers;
**- **Guide them from the first contact to stable payouts and growth;
**- **Launch and scale advertising campaigns across different verticals;
**- **Analyze data, squeeze the maximum out of funnels, and find new growth points;
**- **Work with trackers, metrics, and our in-house team;
**- **Handle reporting, achieve KPIs, and move forward with results;
**- **Participate in events, conferences, and meetups — make connections and expand your network.

**🔹What is important:**
**
**- **At least 1 year of experience in arbitrage / affiliate / Ad Network;
**- **You know how to find, attract, and retain partners;
**- **You understand popunder, push/inpage, banners, and video;
**- **You understand traffic from social media, context, and native ads;
**- **CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, ROI metrics are your second language;
**- **Fluent English (calls, chats, correspondence);
**- **Initiative, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver results.
