📋 What you will do

  • Identify and remove friction points in the user onboarding journey specific to local market conditions
  • Partner with product and compliance teams to localise the product experience for SEA users
  • Track and improve key accessibility metrics: onboarding completion rate and time-to-first-transaction
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel growth campaigns: paid social, influencer, CRM, and referral
  • Own campaign P&L, manage budgets, and deliver against CAC, ROAS, and activation KPIs
  • Work with creative, brand, and localisation teams to develop market-relevant messaging and assets
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify growth loops and referral mechanics
  • Drive go-to-market execution for new product launches and features in the SEA markets
  • Build and maintain segmentation and lifecycle frameworks to improve LTV and reduce churn

What we expect

  • 5–8 years of growth, performance marketing, or product marketing experience
  • At least 3 years focused on SEA markets
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in Southeast Asia across multiple markets
  • Current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship provided)
  • Data-driven and commercially minded
