📋 What you will do
- Identify and remove friction points in the user onboarding journey specific to local market conditions
- Partner with product and compliance teams to localise the product experience for SEA users
- Track and improve key accessibility metrics: onboarding completion rate and time-to-first-transaction
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel growth campaigns: paid social, influencer, CRM, and referral
- Own campaign P&L, manage budgets, and deliver against CAC, ROAS, and activation KPIs
- Work with creative, brand, and localisation teams to develop market-relevant messaging and assets
- Collaborate with the product team to identify growth loops and referral mechanics
- Drive go-to-market execution for new product launches and features in the SEA markets
- Build and maintain segmentation and lifecycle frameworks to improve LTV and reduce churn

✅ What we expect
- 5–8 years of growth, performance marketing, or product marketing experience
- At least 3 years focused on SEA markets
