📋 What you will do

• Acquire new affiliate partners: KOLs, influencers, trading schools, and others
• Build and maintain partner relationships aligned with business objectives
• Analyze partner performance and make decisions on scaling
• Track market trends and competitor activity
• Work with the product team to improve the offer and attract quality users

• Fluent English and Ukrainian
• Experience in affiliate or BD roles in the crypto industry, preferably in CIS
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
