📋 What you will do
- Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy for Southeast Asia markets
- Remove onboarding friction points based on local market conditions
- Launch and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and P&L, tracking CAC, ROAS, and activation KPIs
- Localize the product experience together with product and compliance teams
- Identify growth loops, referral mechanics, and feature adoption opportunities
- Drive go-to-market execution for new products and features across the three markets
- Conduct user research and apply local market insights to shape the product roadmap
- Build segmentation and lifecycle frameworks to increase LTV and reduce churn
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate quickly

✅ What we expect
- 5–8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing
