📋 What you will do

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy for Southeast Asia markets
  • Remove onboarding friction points based on local market conditions
  • Launch and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns
  • Manage campaign budgets and P&L, tracking CAC, ROAS, and activation KPIs
  • Localize the product experience together with product and compliance teams
  • Identify growth loops, referral mechanics, and feature adoption opportunities
  • Drive go-to-market execution for new products and features across the three markets
  • Conduct user research and apply local market insights to shape the product roadmap
  • Build segmentation and lifecycle frameworks to increase LTV and reduce churn
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate quickly

What we expect

  • 5–8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience focused on SEA markets
  • Proven track record of driving growth in Southeast Asia, ideally across multiple markets simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Data-driven and commercially minded approach
