Recruiter / Mass Hiring Manager (Remote)

📋 What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mass hiring positions
• Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, and alternative channels
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
• Guide employees from initial contact through the probationary period
• Analyze recruitment data and optimize hiring processes
• Meet hiring targets and ensure quality candidate onboarding

✅ What we expect

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mass recruitment
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing and assessment tools
• Experience conducting online interviews
• Ability to manage recruitment funnels and analytics
• High level of autonomy and result-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in FinTech, MFI, iGaming, or call centers is a plus
