- Source candidates via Telegram channels, hh, LinkedIn, and private chats
- Conduct initial candidate screening
- Schedule interviews with clients, owners, and team leads
- Prepare offers and support candidates through to onboarding
- Maintain the candidate database and vacancy closing reports

✅ What we expect
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for the investment niche is a plus
- Ability to assess candidates at the initial stage using key metrics
