📋 What you will do

• Communicate with candidates via messengers
• Conduct 5–6 video interviews per day
• Evaluate candidates after interviews
• Work only with interested candidates from advertising leads
• Incorporate client feedback into the hiring process

• Experience hiring for a range of roles: management, finance, sales, marketing, and others
• Ability to work with detailed briefs
• Willingness to learn new recruiting tools and job copywriting

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: from ₽60,000 to ₽80,000
• Fully remote
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 MSK
