📋 What you will do
- Define and build compelling user journeys for self-serve customers from signup to activation and expansion
- Partner with Growth product and engineering teams to identify friction points and accelerate activation
- Develop messaging and content strategy for lifecycle touchpoints including emails and dashboard modules
- Own end-to-end execution of growth marketing programs including briefs, copy, and localized campaigns
- Analyze user data to understand where users get stuck and build experiences to move them forward
