📋 What you will do

  • Build and lead a new high-performing AE team
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach 5–10 AEs
  • Design repeatable playbooks for new business acquisition in key industries
  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline using CRM
  • Exceed quarterly new business targets including ARR and pipeline coverage
  • Collaborate with marketing on account-based strategies for enterprise clients
  • Align GTM motions with the Managing Director
  • Represent the company at C-level industry engagements
