📝 Description
**Job opening. Operations Manager / Head of Operations
About the company**
We are a large international iGaming holding. We have dozens of offices, thousands of employees, and a growing operational infrastructure. We are looking for a strong operations leader who will help us build a system where everything runs stably, predictably, and without manual management.
**Who we are looking for**
Someone who does not just “keep order,” but builds processes, manages teams, and takes responsibility for operational results. The scope can range from managing a single office to organizing the work of an entire function.
**The role may vary depending on your experience and potential:**
— COO / Operations Manager (operational management)
— Head of Office Management (managing an office network, standards, control)
— Regional Project Manager (coordinating regional teams, processes, reporting)
— PM/OM in the CMO department (a hybrid of operations management and project management)
**What matters:**
— At least 3 years of experience in operations management, administration, or project management.
— Understanding of processes, KPI, reporting, and budgets.
— Ability to work with people and teams — both direct reports and related departments.
— Willingness to “work hands-on.”
— Russian language — required. English — a plus.
— Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
**What we offer**
— A real area of responsibility and impact on the business.
— A transparent KPI system and career growth.
— A full relocation package.
— Flexible start to the workday, A-class office, meals, sports.
— Participation in international conferences (SiGMA, iGB).
