**Head of Business Development ** We are looking for a strong commercial leader who can build and scale the Business Development function from scratch. For a company that helps iGaming operators increase VIP player retention through scalable gifting and concierge solutions. **Key responsibilities:** — Build and develop the Business Development function and the company's commercial strategy from scratch — Shape and strengthen the product's value proposition and market positioning — Independently handle outbound sales and develop partnerships at an early stage — Own the full B2B sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, negotiations, and deal closing — Build scalable sales processes, pipeline, reporting, and commercial infrastructure — Find and develop new growth points in EU and CIS markets — Build and maintain relationships with key players in the iGaming industry — Work closely with the Founder on commercial development and strategy — Represent the company at international industry events (ICE, SiGMA, etc.) **What matters:** — Strong experience in B2B Business Development / Sales leadership in iGaming — Hands-on approach and willingness to take part in sales personally — Successful track record of closing high-value deals and managing long sales cycles — Deep understanding of the iGaming market and decision-making structure — Strong strategic and operational skills — Fluent in English and Russian — Own network of contacts in iGaming **What we offer:** — Competitive fixed salary + bonus scheme — Flexible work format: fully remote or office in Tallinn — Direct impact on business growth and strategic decisions — Work with international EU and CIS markets — Growth prospects with the company **Apply: ****@otioma** ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
