**Account Manager / Customer Support Specialist** A product company working in the fintech and pharma niche. Our main focus right now is building and developing a virtual card platform for media buyers and an account farming service. We are looking for an account manager to join our team! **Requirements**: — At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in affiliate marketing — Experience in affiliate marketing or in launching ad campaigns will be a big advantage — English level B2 or higher (written and spoken) — Fluent Ukrainian — Excellent communication skills and a genuine drive to provide high-quality service — Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently **Responsibilities**: — Provide fast and effective support in accordance with company standards via chat, and conduct demo calls upon request — Win back and retain inactive clients through proactive communication — Work closely with other departments to promptly resolve client issues — Identify areas for improving the customer experience and optimizing processes **Conditions:** — Remote work — 5-day workweek (Saturday or Sunday will be working days, and the day off will be in the middle of the week) — Weekday schedule: 11:00–20:00, weekend schedule: 10:00–19:00 — Paid sick leave days — Opportunity to attend conferences — English lessons ** Contact: ****@lenkep_recruiter** ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
