Due to the development of the department, we invite experienced affiliate managers to join our team) ✔️ Main tasks: - Searching for, attracting, and managing new webmasters in the RU GEO; - Searching for contacts of owners of showcase websites, preparing an individual approach for each webmaster, managing webmasters during cooperation, and reactivating existing partners/webmasters; - Analyzing traffic quality and detecting fraud; - Active networking with partners to continuously increase turnover; - Preparing weekly and monthly reports; - Maintaining and structuring the partner database; - Identifying partners’ needs and presenting our offers. ✔️Our expectations for candidates: - 1+ year of experience as an affiliate; - Experience working with webmasters in the financial / HR / e-com vertical or related verticals; - Working with traffic metrics, statistics analysis; - Technical skills (UTM tags, postback); - Knowledge of the main traffic sources, operating principles, and technical aspects; - Understanding of what sales are and sales techniques considering our industry; - Market and competitor analysis; - Understanding of client service principles and ability to implement them in practice. ✔️ Soft skills - Communication skills and ability to establish contact, negotiation skills; - Initiative in setting tasks; - Public speaking skills — not being afraid to host streams/calls for webmasters; - Punctuality — completing assigned tasks according to deadlines. ✔️ Our advantages: - 4-, 3-, 2-, or 1-day workweek; - Opportunity to relocate to warm countries at the company’s expense; - Vacation abroad at the company’s expense; - High fixed salary; - High % of margin; - Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; - VHI health insurance (psychologist, dentist, massage, check-ups).
