📌 Responsibilities
— Search for and onboard new offers (affiliate programs and direct advertisers) in the Finance niche;
— Find additional traffic monetization opportunities;
— Negotiate and close deals across key GEOs: Russia, USA, Mexico, Philippines, Vietnam, India + new markets;
— Secure the best terms — higher CPA rates, exclusive terms, private offers;
— Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities in each GEO;
— Work with buyers and analytics to achieve target KPIs.
📌 What we expect
— Experience in CPA / Affiliate marketing, Fintech experience is required;
— Skills in active partner prospecting and partner management;
— Understanding of MFO, PDL, and credit offer specifics;
— English B2+ (other languages are a plus);
— Ability to work with data and analytics (Google Sheets, BI tools);
— Direct contacts and personal relationships in CPA networks or with advertisers in international markets will be an advantage.
