**Influence Manager**

Confluence is an international performance marketing agency in the iGaming, Crypto, and FinTech verticals. We are actively expanding and looking for an experienced Influence Manager who will help scale and grow our agency products worldwide.

**Responsibilities:**
🔵 Search for and attract new influencers;
🔵 Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key influencers;
🔵 Manage the influencer database: segmentation, ranking, collaboration history;
🔵 Monitor the market and competitors, track trends.

**Requirements:**
🟢 Relevant experience as an Influence Manager in iGaming/Crypto/FinTech for 2+ years;
🟢 Existing influencer database;
🟢 Knowledge of platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Telegram, etc.), understanding of content formats and types;
🟢 Ability to find and vet relevant influencers, work with analytics services;
🟢 Experience launching viral integrations is a plus;
🟢 English from B2;
🟢 Strong communication skills, independence, and proactivity.
