Affiliate Team Lead iGaming

📋 What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with traffic suppliers
• Develop and expand the affiliate network
• Attract new partners via PPC, SEO, Facebook, ASO, UAC, In-app, SMS, and e-mail channels
• Evaluate traffic performance and monitor KPI achievement
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns to improve ROI
• Audit and analyze affiliate payouts
• Collaborate with internal teams to prevent fraud
• Manage content placement in industry publications

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
• 1+ years of experience in a management role
• Proven track record working with an iGaming product (in-house brands)
• Understanding of partner technical integration
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
