📋 What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Channel and Cloud Partner Marketing team in LATAM
- Design and implement regional partner marketing strategy focused on pipeline generation
- Partner with regional sales leadership and key strategic partners (cloud providers, GSIs)
- Track and measure all regional partner marketing activities and optimize resources and budget
- Ensure standardized deployment of partner marketing events and campaigns across the region
- Work with the global Partner Marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and initiatives
- Build and scale regional partner marketing best practices across LATAM markets

✅ What we expect
- 10+ years of partner marketing experience
- 2–4 years leading high-performing partner marketing teams
- Experience working across Latin America including regional market dynamics
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree a plus)
