📋 What you will do

  • Lead and execute joint marketing programs with local channel partners in Japan
  • Plan and deliver partner-driven campaigns, including events, webinars, and co-branded initiatives
  • Own end-to-end program execution, including planning, KPI definition, performance tracking, and ROI optimization
  • Build and strengthen partner relationships while expanding partner coverage and engagement across the Japan ecosystem
  • Support cloud partner marketing initiatives for AWS and Google Cloud by localizing and executing global programs in Japan
  • Operate in a cross-functional environment with Sales, C&A, Field Marketing, and global teams

What we expect

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or partner marketing
  • Strong understanding of Japan's IT industry and channel ecosystem

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
