**Vacancy:** Business Development Manager (Forex, Tier‑1 Europe)** **Income level**: from $2 000/month (Fix + KPI)** **Work format**: fully remote **Employment: **full-time **Responsibilities** • Search for and attract Forex brokers / advertisers in Tier‑1 markets (Europe). • Having your own established contact base will be an advantage • Negotiate and agree terms on CPA / IB / Hybrid models (rates, limits, holds, KPI) • Broker Due Diligence: licensing, reputation, terms, payment discipline • Onboard new partners, launch and support offers • Maintain and improve relationships with existing brokers • Regular market research/analysis: new brokers, competitors’ terms, GEO changes, entering new markets • Participate in industry conferences (iFX Expo, SiGMA, iGB Affiliate, etc.): networking with brokers, strengthening and expanding the contact base. Re**quirements **• Successful experience in a BizDev/Affiliate Manager role or as Head/Team Lead/CBDO, with specific cases and a contact network • Real experience working with brokers and affiliate programs, understanding their goals and limitations • Knowledge of monetization models: CPA, IB, Hybrid; understanding the economics and risks of each • Having your own up-to-date database of broker/advertiser contacts • Strong negotiation skills: ability to reach decision-makers and secure the best terms • English from B2: independent calls and correspondence with international partners Co**nditions • Income from $2000 with the potential to grow to $10 000+** • Fully remote and no fixed schedule: you choose when and how to work.
