🎯About the role :
We are looking for a Casino Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing the portfolio of casino providers, as well as the strategy for developing the gaming lobby.
This role involves active work with providers, analyzing content performance, and launching initiatives aimed at growing casino product metrics.
🔹Key responsibilities:
Managing the portfolio of casino providers and aggregators.
Maintaining communication with game providers, aggregators, account managers, and internal teams.
Initiating and launching promo activities, exclusives, and special offers.
Optimizing and developing the casino lobby.
Analyzing key metrics and developing a strategy for working with providers.
Finding new opportunities to grow the business in the casino lobby direction.
Monitoring SLA, content quality, and integration accuracy.
Participating in the formation and development of the casino product.
🚀Requirements:
Experience as a Casino Manager or in a similar role for 3+ years in iGaming.
Deep understanding of the key players in iGaming — providers (slots, live), aggregators, platforms.
Deep understanding of the casino product: slots, live casino, instant games.
Experience working with B2B providers/aggregators (Tier-1 / Tier-2), understanding their commercial models.
Understanding of the principles of building a casino lobby.
Experience building a system for working with discounts and bonus terms from providers.
