📋 What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships in real estate
  • Manage client requirements by tracking MRF and SRF documents
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, investors, and clients
  • Conduct market research to identify growth areas, trends, and competitive opportunities
  • Present and promote real estate products and services to potential clients
  • Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and follow up on leads and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to handle client requirements and documentation
  • Monitor real estate market trends and recommend growth strategies

What we expect

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills in B2B and B2C environments
  • Comfortable with cold calling and virtual client presentations
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, capable of working independently
  • PC: Intel i5 8th Gen / Ryzen 5 or better, minimum 8 GB RAM, and a backup device
  • Internet: Primary >= 15 Mbps, Backup >= 10 Mbps with power outage support
  • Workspace: webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet home office, smartphone
