📋 What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships in real estate
- Manage client requirements by tracking MRF and SRF documents
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, investors, and clients
- Conduct market research to identify growth areas, trends, and competitive opportunities
- Present and promote real estate products and services to potential clients
- Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and follow up on leads and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle client requirements and documentation
- Monitor real estate market trends and recommend growth strategies

✅ What we expect
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills in B2B and B2C environments
- Comfortable with cold calling and virtual client presentations
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, capable of working independently
- PC: Intel i5 8th Gen / Ryzen 5 or better, minimum 8 GB RAM, and a backup device
- Internet: Primary >= 15 Mbps, Backup >= 10 Mbps with power outage support
- Workspace: webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet home office, smartphone
