Head of Acquisition / iGaming 📍 Format: Full-time, remote 🌏 Market GEO: CIS 🏢 Company: product holding company Key objective: Scale traffic acquisition to tens of thousands of FTDs with budgets of $300K+/mo and high ROI. Responsibilities: Management and scaling of channels: SEO, Influence, Affiliate. Development of the affiliate network (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid). Funnel optimization, working with BI analytics and A/B tests. Synergy with the product to increase conversion and retention. Requirements: 5+ years in iGaming acquisition, 3+ years in a Head / Team Lead position. Top expertise in SEO, Affiliate, working with streamers and influencers. Strong analytics, understanding of unit economics (LTV, FTD, Retention). Deep knowledge of the CIS market.
