📍**Sales Manager | (First Deposit)**📍

We are looking for a strong closer for an arbitrage team with ready traffic and a well-built infrastructure. Your job is to convert leads into the first deposit and keep up the pace on volume 🔥

💰**Conditions:**

✨**Tasks:** 
• Handling incoming leads; 
• Closing until the first deposit (FD); 
• Working through dialogue, not “scripts for the sake of scripts”; 
• Meeting conversion and volume targets.

👀 **Requirements:** 
📍Experience from 6 months;
📍Understanding of the FD funnel and lead behavior; 
📍Ability to warm up and close quickly and effectively;
📍Stress resistance and persistence.  

**Schedule:** 7/0, 2 days off per month
17:00–05:00 (MSK) - LATAM
12:00-00:00 (MSK) - Africa
