📋 What you will do
- Identify, attract, and onboard new partners
- Develop existing partner base and scale traffic volumes
- Execute traffic buying and selling via partner and direct deals
- Negotiate rates, terms, and traffic volumes
- Analyze traffic quality and key performance metrics
- Optimize acquisition costs and improve ROI
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new traffic sources
- Contribute to the affiliate department strategy development

Experience with CIS GEOs
✅ What we expect
- 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate / Business Development / Traffic Acquisition / Sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of traffic sources and monetization logic
- Proactive, independent, and result-oriented mindset
- Existing partner database is a plus
