📋 What you will do

  • Identify, attract, and onboard new partners
  • Develop existing partner base and scale traffic volumes
  • Execute traffic buying and selling via partner and direct deals
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and traffic volumes
  • Analyze traffic quality and key performance metrics
  • Optimize acquisition costs and improve ROI
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new traffic sources
  • Contribute to the affiliate department strategy development

CPA / CPL models Performance marketing Lead generation Digital / Fintech Experience with CIS GEOs

What we expect

  • 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate / Business Development / Traffic Acquisition / Sales
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of traffic sources and monetization logic
  • Proactive, independent, and result-oriented mindset
  • Existing partner database is a plus
