📋 What you will do

• Search for, attract, and onboard new partners
• Develop and manage the existing partner network
• Negotiate CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare deals
• Analyze traffic quality and campaign performance
• Scale successful partnerships
• Prepare reports and analytics
• Represent the brand at industry conferences and events

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming
• Proven experience in MENA, Asia, Africa, or LatAm markets
• Strong negotiation and partnership development skills
• Existing partner database is a plus
