📋 What you will do

  • Research and identify target accounts to build a robust prospect list
  • Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest
  • Qualify leads based on business fit, timing, and readiness for Account Executives
  • Schedule high-quality meetings between decision-makers and the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach and lead generation
  • Nurture relationships with prospects not yet ready to engage fully
  • Update manager and team on outreach activity and goals progress

What we expect

  • Proven track record in lead generation and outreach
  • Located in Ireland
  • Strong communication skills and resilience with rejection
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales in SaaS or tech
