• Develop and implement affiliate strategy
• Manage the affiliate manager team
• Establish KPIs and operational processes
• Expand the affiliate network across international markets
• Analyze the performance of acquisition channels
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, SEO, and Marketing teams
• Automate and optimize internal processes
