**Video Designer / Motion Creator (Performance) at EverSky** **Verticals:** finance (Forex, CFD, crypto) **Traffic sources:** Google Demand Gen, Kayzen, YouTube **Regions:** Asia, Europe, LATAM We need a video designer for whom “beautiful” is not the goal, but a side effect of high CTR and watch-through rate. 🔸 **Responsibilities:** — Production of video creatives for Demand Gen, Kayzen, and YouTube: vertical **Shorts**, **interstitial** videos, in-feed video — lifestyle, news-style, social proof, educational approach, with constant testing and rotation; — Generation of **natural UGC** with very high-quality faces: realistic “talking heads,” believable facial expressions and articulation, no artifacts or “plastic” look — so the video reads as live content, not as an ad; — Capturing attention in the first 1–3 seconds: a strong hook, dynamic editing, proper rhythm and sound; — Reskins for new markets: localization of language, currencies, flags, subtitles, and visual style; — Adapting videos for platform moderation (Google Demand Gen / UAC / YouTube / Unity / Mintegral) — knowing the boundaries of what is allowed and being able to work within them. 🔸 **What we expect:** — Confident editing skills: After Effects + Premiere Pro (or CapCut/DaVinci) — fast assembly, templating, working with layers and keyframes; — Understanding of short-video storytelling: hook → retention → trigger → CTA, and awareness of why one funnel/creative combination converts while another does not; — Motion skills: animation of text, banners, buttons, transitions, dynamic accents; — A feel for the finance niche: how to package luxury, winnings, trust, and urgency so it works and does not get banned; — Habit of independently monitoring spy services and picking up trends (formats, hooks, audio trends) before they make it into the brief; — Experience with AI tools for video production: **Kling, Runway, Sora, Veo, Pika** — for generating and animating video; **HeyGen, Arc Ads** (or equivalents) — for AI avatars and UGC; Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana — for source materials and frames; voice/voiceover via ElevenLabs — a plus. ⚡️ **Conditions:** — Salary above market; — Fully remote, full-time; — Neural network subscriptions covered by us. 📨 Telegram to apply: **@masterkell1**
