Lead SMM Manager, Content Manager

📋 What you will do

• Create and optimize content for different platforms
• Write copy, develop scripts, prepare stories, edit clips, and set up email campaigns
• Organize on-site shoots at the client's location in Kostroma 1–2 times per month
• Communicate with the client and align content
• Answer client questions and keep them updated on progress
• Engage with the audience, reply to comments, and moderate messages
• Prepare reports and draw insights from metrics

• At least 6 months of SMM experience
• A portfolio and case studies with measurable results
• High literacy and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of key SMM trends and updates
• Proactivity, initiative, and accountability
