📌 Responsibilities
— Managing up to 10 projects in various niches (services, e-commerce, manufacturing, medicine, real estate). You will have a junior SEO specialist assistant;
— Full-cycle promotion in Yandex and Google;
— Quality control of the SEO assistant’s work (semantics/competitor analysis/drafts);
— Comprehensive audits;
— Website optimization: from meta tags to structure and usability;
— Working with external factors and competitor analysis;
— Performance analysis in Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
📌 What we expect
— 3+ years of experience in an SEO agency or experience working in an in-house team as an SEO specialist;
— Proven cases of organic traffic and website visibility growth;
— Confident skills with Yandex Webmaster, GSC, GA4, Yandex Metrica, Screaming Frog, Key Collector, Ahrefs/Serpstat/Keys.so, Topvisor (you don’t have to know all the tools — the main thing is being ready to learn them quickly);
— Understanding of indexing and ranking processes;
— Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Bitrix);
— Experience promoting online stores, large websites, or multi-regional projects will be a significant advantage.
