📝 Description

📌 Responsibilities — Design the user experience for interactive installations: kiosks and large screens, multitouch, gestures, tracking (lidars/cameras): from user scenarios (user flow) and rough layouts (wireframes) to final screen designs; — Set up and maintain a real-time design system: grids, font styles, design tokens (unified parameters for colors/spacing/corner radii), states, and components.Set up and maintain a real-time design system: grids, font styles, design tokens (unified parameters for colors/spacing/corner radii), states, and components; — Prepare interfaces for integration into Unity (Canvas, UI Toolkit) and TouchDesigner (Panel/COMP)Prepare interfaces for integration into Unity (Canvas, UI Toolkit) and TouchDesigner (Panel/COMP); — Prototype and test on equipment: quick clickable prototypes in Figma; testing on 4K/8K panels, with a sensor, at different reading distances (1–3 m), under bright light/glare; — Conduct usability tests: in the studio and/or on-site; document methodologies, compare variants (A/B).Conduct usability tests: in the studio and/or on-site; document methodologies, compare variants (A/B); — Handoff to development: clear specifications — element states, active touch zone sizes, grids, animation timing, asset/atlas export; — Document practices: short guidelines, a pattern library, checklists for working with and verifying UI; — Implement proven approaches: Nielsen’s heuristics (practical usability rules), Fitts’s and Hick-Hyman laws (on the speed and complexity of choice), basic accessibility (contrast, target size, readability, multilingual support). 📌 What we expect — 2–3 years of commercial experience in UI/UX (product interfaces, games, or installations); — A portfolio with work on application features, with examples for large screens/non-standard scenarios (it is important to show the logic: “what it was like → what was done → how the result was measured”), as well as wireframes of the user journey \ user flow; — Confident Figma skills (auto layouts, components/variants, styles/tokens), ability to quickly build prototypes; — Scenario-based thinking: different system states, offline mode, feature degradation, readability from a distance. 📌 We offer — A project environment: fast development cycles, access to venues and equipment, strong engineers and developers; — Civil-law contract for project-based employment with the possibility of joining the staff after the project is completed.
