Key tasks:
• Hiring & Onboarding: High-volume recruitment of buyers and Executive Search. Bringing a junior “into profit” within 1–2 months.
• Performance: Implementing KPIs (ROI, profit, volume) and a strict Performance Review process (growing strong performers / parting ways with weak ones).
• Drive & Culture: Psychological “energizing” of the commercial team, maintaining team morale and stress resilience.
• Security & Ops: Managing the HR budget and minimizing data leakage risks (NDA, compliance) together with C-level.
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Performance Marketing / Media Buying (mandatory).
• Experience managing HR in companies of 100+ people.
• Understanding of P&L and cases of recruitment automation.
