📋 What you will do

• Organize high-volume hiring for media buyers and executive search
• Bring junior specialists to profitability within 1–2 months
• Implement KPI frameworks for ROI, profit, and volume
• Run strict performance reviews and manage team performance
• Support motivation, momentum, and stress resilience of the commercial team
• Manage the HR budget and reduce data leakage risks together with C-level

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying
• Experience managing HR in a company of 100+ employees
• Understanding of P&L
• Experience with recruitment automation cases
