📋 What you will do

• Produce UGC-style video and photo content from a brief, shooting and editing independently
• Translate brand tone of voice into native platform content
• Deliver assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form formats
• Revise content based on feedback from the team and the brand
• Meet deadlines and communicate clearly throughout the project

✅ What we expect

• Understanding of platform mechanics and how to create content that converts
• Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver content without losing the UGC feel
• Ability to interpret a brand's tone of voice accurately
• Professional approach to deadlines and communication
• Curiosity about what performs across different categories
• An existing portfolio of UGC work is a plus
• Experience in beauty, health, food, fitness, tech, or parenting is a plus
• Comfort on camera and behind it is a plus
• Own equipment is a plus
