Team Lead Influence

📋 What you will do

• Drive course sales in the Beauty & Health segment with conversion to platform upsells
• Build an influence analytics system and manage key metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CR
• Test new integration formats and audience engagement channels
• Scale high-performing funnels and tactics
• Manage the end-to-end process with nano- and micro-influencers
• Lead and manage a team of influence managers
• Hire, develop, and drive team performance

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing
• Previous experience in EdTech is a strong advantage
• Proven track record with CPA and ROMI-focused campaigns
• Experience managing budgets of 1.5M+ RUB
• Expertise in high-volume, automated workflows with micro-influencers
• Ability to work directly with business founders
• Strong strategic planning skills in fast-paced environments
