Team Lead / Head of Farming, remote We are looking for a strong Team Lead / Head of Farming who can build high-quality processes within the team! We are a product company working in several directions. The main focus right now is account farming for traffic arbitrage teams and media buyers. Requirements: Hard skills: • Experience in account farming — mandatory • Experience working with at least Facebook and Google • Understanding of TikTok — will be a plus • Experience as a Team Lead or Strong Senior • Understanding of traffic arbitrage infrastructure Soft skills: • Proactivity and initiative • High level of responsibility • Focus on one job • Ability to train and lead a team Responsibilities: • Building and optimizing account farming processes • Testing new approaches (anti-detect browsers, warm-up, proxies, etc.) • Working with sources: Facebook, Google (TikTok — desirable) • Managing a team of Account Farmers • Controlling account quality (survival rate, stability) • Generating hypotheses and implementing them • Training the current team and improving their expertise Conditions: • Salary is discussed with strong candidates based on their expectations • Bonuses: percentage of results + quarterly bonuses • Fully remote work • Compensation for training and English language courses Contact: @lenkep_recruiter ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
