🎯 What we expect from the candidate (Requirements): Proven experience as Head of Farm or Senior Farmer / Team Lead in Facebook for 1.5–2 years. In-depth knowledge of the technical side of working with FB: fingerprints, proxies, hardware, antidetect browsers, types of bans and ways to bypass them. Successful experience managing a team of 3+ people (task setting, control, KPIs). Skills in working with automation software (Dolphin, FBTool, etc.) and understanding the balance between manual and automated farming. Strong analytical skills: ability to work with spreadsheets, calculate account unit economics, and analyze the ban funnel. Proactivity: you do not wait for buyers to complain about bad accounts, but look for new setups in advance yourself. Mediation skills and the ability to jointly analyze the causes of bans with the Buying Team Lead.
