We are looking for a Polish-speaking Sales Manager to join a team with ready traffic and stable infrastructure. Your main goal is to convert leads into a first deposit (FD) and maintain a high work pace 🔥

✨Your responsibilities:
• Process incoming Leads;
• Convert them to a first deposit (FD) as efficiently as possible;
• Build a trust-based dialogue rather than mechanically following scripts;
• Meet conversion and sales volume targets.

👀Requirements:  
📍6+ months of experience working with leads;  
📍Understanding of the FD funnel and typical lead behavior;  
📍Ability to quickly “warm up” leads and confidently close deals;  
📍Stress resistance, attentiveness, and perseverance;  
📍Fluent Polish (spoken and written).
