Targeting Specialist / Targeted Advertising Specialist (middle)

📋 What you will do

• Set up and optimize social media targeting campaigns on the agency’s client accounts
• Allocate client ad budgets to attract relevant traffic
• Analyze campaigns and continuously optimize them to achieve KPI targets
• Search for and test winning ad combinations to improve key metrics
• Prepare design briefs for creatives
• Compile performance reports

• More than 1 year of experience setting up targeted advertising
• Experience managing ad budgets of different sizes
• Successful VK case studies
• Broad perspective and understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Understanding of target audiences and their needs
• Focus on continuously improving current performance
• Experience with budgets from 200k
• Experience in medical verticals
