Targeting Specialist

📋 What you will do

• Launch and manage ad campaigns on VKontakte, Telegram, and Yandex Direct
• Set up goals, pixels, events, UTM tags, and automated funnels
• Analyze audiences and test hypotheses
• Work with creatives and involve a designer and copywriter
• Run ad analytics, adjust bids, and scale campaigns

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 1+ year of experience in targeted advertising
• Portfolio or case studies
• Understanding of CPA, CTR, CPL, and ROMI
• Ability to launch campaigns from scratch and scale them
• Experience with CRM, automated funnels, Bitrix24, and chatbots is a plus
