Targeting Specialist in a digital agency

📋 What you will do

• Develop and implement targeted advertising strategies for real estate development projects
• Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns against KPIs
• Work with pixels, events, and analytics
• Analyze target audiences, segment them, and build communication hypotheses
• Prepare copy and briefs for ad creatives and coordinate with designers
• Track new tools and formats in VK, Telegram, and related platforms

✅ What we expect

• 2+ years of experience at an agency or in-house
• Understanding of sales funnels and performance metrics
• Ability to work with analytics systems and basic Excel and Google Sheets tools
