Targeting Specialist

📋 What you will do

• Manage Instagram and Telegram, and TikTok and YouTube Shorts when needed
• Build content plans for three business lines
• Turn complex logistics topics into clear and engaging content
• Launch ads on Instagram and Facebook
• Test hypotheses, creatives, and audiences
• Generate leads through inquiries, messages, and clicks
• Promote B2B services

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Understanding of how content turns into customers
• 1+ year of SMM experience
• Mobility filming and editing skills
• Understanding of CPL, CTR, and lead metrics
• Ability to work independently and propose ideas
• Experience in logistics, B2B, services, IT, or import is a plus
