Staff Product Engineer

📋 What you will do

• Lead a product initiative from problem framing through launch and results analysis
• Define the technical approach, architecture, data model, integrations, rollout plan, and rollback strategy
• Manage AI agents to implement most of the code while ensuring quality and safety
• Ship changes to production and own the initiative metric outcome
• Write custom code for sensitive areas when needed
• Work closely with the PM and designer across the full initiative lifecycle
• Build the observability, tests, guardrails, and review loop for agent-led delivery
