📋 What you will do
- Analyze the institutional market, client needs, competitor offerings, and market trends
- Design and optimize VIP fee tiers, market maker programs, and institutional client retention strategies
- Manage the full product lifecycle for VIP Loan, Credit Line, Delayed Settlement, MM programs, and fund tools
- Gather and prioritize product and client requirements using data-driven analysis
- Manage the institutional client lifecycle: onboarding, activation, engagement, upsell, and retention
- Work closely with engineering, risk, and product teams on technical and financial requirements
- Develop and implement products with end-to-end risk management and operational workflows
- Drive quarterly growth plans in partnership with Core Trading, Retail, and Earn teams
