SMM Specialist

📋 What you will do

• Develop and execute the social media content plan and promotion strategy
• Attract the target audience, grow traffic and followers, and increase brand awareness on social media
• Create and publish creative text and video content
• Analyze competitors' social media activity, track trends, and generate product line ideas
• Shoot and edit short vertical and horizontal videos
• Communicate with the audience in messaging apps and reply to comments

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• At least 1 year of experience as an SMM Manager, Content Manager, or in a similar role
• A strong portfolio with examples of videos, articles, and social media management case studies
• Creativity and the ability to independently create high-quality, diverse content
• Understanding of social media trends and viral content principles
• Ability to think beyond posting and choose the most effective formats and approaches for the target audience

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: from ₽45,000 to ₽50,000
• Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
• Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, weekends: Saturday and Sunday
• Compensation is negotiable with the successful candidate, base salary plus bonus
