Key tasksManagement and processes: Organizing the department’s work from scratch or optimizing current processes. Building clear collaboration with onboarding, operational support, and the sales department.
Strategy: Jointly developing the growth strategy with the department leadership, defining focus markets, and monitoring KPI achievement.
Product & Market Intelligence: Researching the P2P solutions market, selecting technology partners for integration, monitoring competitors, and identifying trends in focus GEOs.
GR & Networking: Organizing and conducting high-level negotiations with service providers and major traders. Preparing conceptual proposals and presentations.
Legal & Compliance: Full control of the deal cycle: from agreeing on terms to signing contracts and monitoring their actual execution.
What we expect from the candidateFintech Background: At least 4 years of experience in fintech. Deep understanding of the specifics of the high-risk segment, knowledge of how payment systems and service providers operate.
Expertise: Expertise in P2P payments and an understanding of the mechanics of trader structures.
Soft Skills: Outstanding negotiation skills at executive level and the ability to defend the company’s position with well-reasoned arguments.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to make decisions based on data, not intuition.
Languages: English — at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for conducting negotiations freely.
Resilience: Readiness to work in a dynamic pace (high-speed environment) and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Will be an advantageHaving a contact base of service providers or large trader associations.
Experience scaling a business into new geographic regions (LATAM, SEA, Africa).
