📋 What you will do
- Handle leads from the outreach team and marketing
- Find new clients through conferences and personal connections
- Manage the deal cycle from first contact to contract signature
- Co-develop deals with Pre-sale and Delivery tech leads

✅ What we expect
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
- IT or digital experience will be a strong advantage
- Understanding of long sales cycles and the ability to close contracts through to payment
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and the ability to discuss software development in depth
- Being based in Moscow or Saint Petersburg will be an advantage
🎁 What we offer
- Salary: from ₽80,000 to ₽250,000
- Full compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
- Deal bonuses with payouts continuing for 12 months after contract signing
