📌 Responsibilities
— Managing a client portfolio, developing long-term client relationships and increasing loyalty, monitoring satisfaction;
— Analyzing clients’ business processes and participating in the development of solutions/commercial proposals;
— Carrying out upsell/cross-sell sales;
— Collaborating with the implementation team, PR, and finance departments;
— Participating in marketing activities and events.
📌 What we expect
— 2+ years of experience in expert B2B sales (complex services and products) or account management in digital advertising;
— 2+ years of experience managing the full deal cycle and client support;
— Ability to negotiate with C-level client representatives;
— Experience preparing commercial proposals and presentations tailored to individual client requests;
— Experience working with a CRM system and ability to prepare reports on your own performance metrics;
— Successful cases demonstrating increased LTV and/or average client order value.

— Working hours from 11:00 to 19:00, hybrid format (70% home office, with client meetings and office visits);
— Official employment and fully white, competitive salary, paid twice a month;
— Probation period: 3 months.
