📋 What you will do

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects aligned with the ICP
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists
  • Run personalized outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads by pain points, goals, urgency, timeline, and budget readiness
  • Schedule meetings with the Founder and provide detailed handoff notes
  • Maintain the CRM and keep activity, status, and outcome data up to date

What we expect

  • 1–3+ years of outbound B2B sales or lead generation experience
  • Agency or service-based experience is a strong plus

  • Experience with AI tools for research and personalization is a plus
