Junior Project Manager

📋 What you will do

• Manage marketing projects including internet traffic, website development and updates
• Control project timelines, KPI achievement, and team performance
• Monitor end-to-end analytics and initiate error troubleshooting
• Conduct mini-audits of client CRM systems and provide feedback for adjustments
• Oversee reporting accuracy and maintain project documentation
• Supervise the creation of performance plans by traffic specialists and align them with clients

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a digital agency or 1-2 years as a business assistant/coordinator
• Solid understanding of digital processes
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to clients and team members
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
