Junior HR Manager

📋 What you will do

• Solve business challenges within project teams and strategic working groups
• Work with management analytics and financial metrics
• Rotate across departments of the Magnit Group and its business units

• At least 6 months of experience
• Willingness to work full-time, 40 hours per week, in the Moscow office
• Ability to break tasks into stages, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate clearly, defend your position, and work constructively with feedback
• Readiness to act proactively under high workload and uncertainty
• Experience in strategy, management, logistics, HR, finance, or marketing is preferred
